- Keep well hydrated

- Avoid excessive sun exposure and wear at least SPF30 to protect the skin from UV damage
- Treat your skin gently and avoid rubbing the skin. Take extra care when your skin is wet as it is more sensitive, avoid the use of washcloths and cleansing brushes
- Limit your time outdoors
